Restaurant Office & Event Manager

|Description:||Great opportunity available to manager the office of a privately held restaurant and event center. |
|Duties:||-Handles incoming and outgoing phone communications from customers regarding a variety of topics including parties, reservations, menu and other operational questions.|
-Promote and manager catering and events
-Manages overall administrative activities for the office.
-May assist accounting with activities such as processing accounts payable and accounts receivables in an accurate and timely manner and other related activities.
-Create promotional and print materials for events.
|Qualifications:||-Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service skills and/or sales/catering or management experience, in a fine dining restaurant or hotel. |
-Minimum 3 years administrative experience.
-Experience managing social media and navigating various websites.
-Comprehensive Microsoft Office product knowledge.
